940nm vs 850nm

940nm (this model): Completely invisible at all distances — zero visible glow. Ideal when a fully covert setup is required. Slightly shorter effective range and softer image compared to 850nm.

850nm (sold separately): Higher output, longer range, sharper image. Faint red glow visible up close — invisible at hunting distances. Best for maximum range and image performance.

For hunters operating in close to moderate cover where a fully invisible light source is the priority — 940nm is the right choice.
