Shipping Policy

We ship all orders Australia-wide using Australia Post. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched the same day or within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. If there is any delay beyond that, we will contact you directly by phone before your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Queensland	1–2 business days
All other states and territories	1–3 business days

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than the timeframes above.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of $15 per parcel applies to all orders, regardless of size or destination within Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the Australia Post website or app.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We ship to both PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. If you prefer to use one as your delivery address, simply enter the details at checkout.

Signature on Delivery

A signature is required upon delivery for all items. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card with instructions for picking up your parcel.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us first at sales@goingdark.com.au. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf and follow the matter through to resolution.

Do not contact Australia Post directly regarding a missing or damaged parcel without speaking to us first, as we need to initiate the claim from our end.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available. All orders are dispatched and delivered via Australia Post.
